BenefitData is a Third Party Administrator (TPA) of both Retirement and HealthCare plans. We allow companies to offer their employees benefit plans approved by the Department of Labor (DOL) and Internal Revenue Service (IRS) and relieve the employer of both administering the plan and ensuring compliance with DOL and IRS guidelines.

With such a large selection, our organization can accomodate the most selective fund advisors or simply suggest a selection of the top best-performing, low-cost investment options of the group.

Our organization was one of the first to offer a debit card solution coupled with a flexible spending account plan and is currently one of the few TPAs in the nation to offer daily reimbursements direct deposited to a checking account.
